Integral Products is proud to announce the addition of Jim Coneys to our team. Jim has over 3 decades of experience in the Aerospace and Industrial markets, and his knowledge and experience centers around the selection of Aerospace Adhesives, Syntactics, and Laminates. He also has extensive knowledge about Industrial Adhesives and their applications.
Jim was part of the team that provided Aerospace Adhesives, Syntactics, and Laminates training seminars for several customers in North America.
Jim has experience working with his customers to find the optimal solutions and providing excellent service. We welcome Jim and look forward to him bringing his experience to our existing and new customers!

Integral Products installs a 500 sq foot, -20°F freezer for storing all Composite Materials. The addition of this freezer will increase the levels of temperature sensitive composite materials Integral can keep on hand and have available, to offer shorter than industry standard lead times.

Huntsman 1648 A/B Epoxy Syntactic: The next-generation solution for Aerospace Interior construction
Epocast® 1648 A/B epoxy syntactic is a low-density, flame-retardant/FST thixotropic compound suitable for applications which require high strength and low density in the areas of potting fasteners, edge filling/sealing, ditch and pot panel forming. This lightweight epoxy is easy to extrude and is non-flowing after application. Epocast® 1648 A/B epoxy syntactic sets quickly at room temperature and is qualified to BMS 5-28, Type 18, Class 1.

World Health Organization and FDA approved Hand Sanitizer is Available
In March of 2020 the World Health organization(WHO) and Food and Drug Administration(FDA) issued a Policy for the Temporary Compounding of Certain Alcohol-Based Hand Sanitizer Products during this Public Health Emergency. Integral Products is working closely with key manufactures of both a FDA/WHO approved sanitizer as well as other commercially available sanitizers. We currently provide these sanitizers in a 8 oz spray or flip top container as well as gallon jugs. Other sizes and configurations may be available upon request.

Kevin has over 3 decades of experience in the Aerospace Industry, his knowledge and experience centers around the selection, mixing, and application of Aerospace Adhesives, Sealants, and Coatings.
Kevin is well known throughout the Northeastern US for his sealant training seminars. These include FAA approved sealant training at many Inspector Authorized FAA Seminars as well as numerous training sessions at Military and Commercial OEMs. Kevin has also provided this training to several Airlines and Military Depots where he has received recognition from the Department of Defense for his effort to improve their processes.
Kevin has experience finding solutions for his customers, to improve efficiency and reduce waste, through proven unique packaging systems. We welcome Kevin and look forward to Him bringing this experience to our existing and new customers!
