IN HOUSE LAB:
- Integral’s lab is capable of performing many of the OEM tests required to confirm material specifications. Our experienced personnel have many years of performing material approval and qualification tests for various Aerospace Products and customers.
- Our lab allows us to determine processes and provide performance related properties. Properties evaluated include compressive, lap shear, peel, tensile strengths, and elongation, Viscosity, density and hand ability parameters.
LAB CAPABILITIES
- Conducts QC tests on incoming raw materials and Purchased Products
- Confirm properties for outgoing finished materials
- Verifies “to-specification” properties
- Evaluates packaged product performance characteristics, verify that the as packaged material meets the call outs for the bulk material.
- Confirms shelf life extensions, if spec allowed
- Verifies Customer Complaints and or addresses technical processing challenges.
